The Apartments in the Neptune Marina building benefit from a Concierge Service which is operated from the Management Office on the ground floor and this is located on the quayside. There are many useful facilities that residents can avail themselves of, such as a post/parcel acceptance service, local knowledge, and help and advice with most problems inside and outside the apartments. The Concierge Service also looks after the common area equipment and facilities within the building on a daily maintenance basis.
